Generally, the rights belong to the client, except for STARTER and BOOST. We ensure this point is formalized in the contract. Copyrights are transmitted to SABAM or SACD.
5How are rights managed if multiple creators are involved?
Rights are distributed according to contributions and must be defined contractually to avoid any disputes.
6What is the production process?
It includes pre-production (concept, script), production (recording, filming), and post-production (editing, mixing, branding).
7What are the typical turnaround times?
